What is the point of living a life without exercising when you could be having fun and getting fit?

This is a public service announcement. If you are not athletic and want to exercise, I have some good news for you.

I was a non-athletic person, never exercised a day in my life, and always felt bad about myself because of it. I would see people exercising all the time and think that they were better than me. Sure I had my excuses, but ultimately it was because I didn’t exercise.

In today’s world, life is full of distractions from work to social media. This means that it becomes difficult for people to prioritize exercise. If you are one of those people who can’t exercise often, here are a few tips on how to stay fit without exercising:

– Start drinking more water instead of sugary drinks. In addition, drinking water has been shown to reduce appetite and increase the feeling of fullness afterwards.

– Try exercising in different ways such as yoga or swimming. You can also take walks outside if it’s warm enough outside or go on an indoor bike ride if not too hot
