The Reason Why Waking Up At 5 In The Morning Is Important

July 15, 2022 by sportslyo

Waking up in the morning is the most difficult thing in life for most people. The incomparable drowsiness that must be endured in order to carry out daily survival. But behind the complaints of sleepiness, do you realize that the morning is the most beautiful time in our days? In the morning you can watch the sun rise, the shop owners have just opened their shop / shop doors, and if you are lucky, you can still see people changing billboard posters on the streets. You will see the world awaken, right before your eyes.

Sounds magical, huh?

Well, before you get too impressed, know that usually this will only last for about 3 weeks for people who are not used to it. But it’s really worth a try because you get to feel how good it feels to wake up when the world has just opened its eyes.

You will feel proud of yourself

Have you ever tried to wake up early by setting an alarm and when it went off you put it off and ended up getting up late? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. From the failure to wake up in the morning, it actually makes your success in waking up more special and like a big win.

To wake up early is not recommended to sleep late at night, or you will sleep less. Well, it turns out that in fact everyone will always wake up with a feeling of drowsiness that hasn’t gone away no matter how much time you sleep. After you wake up, you can maintain that sleepy feeling by drinking coffee or watching funny videos to make your morning a little more energetic. By getting up in the morning, we know that we have done the right thing.

You can set your own priorities

The average person each wakes up at 6:00 and 7:30 in the morning, which means when you wake up at 5 in the morning, you still have up to two hours before your alarm goes off. If you wake up and there’s no urgent email, a ringing phone, or even a fire, you’re bound to ask yourself “what am I going to do today?”.

Before starting your activity, you can do things you like like journaling, exercising, or meditating, but don’t fall asleep again! Doing small things that you enjoy in the morning can relax your mind and emit a positive aura that is in you.

You become a disciplined person in any case

When we are awakened by the sound of a noisy alarm, there will definitely be a small whisper in our ears that whispers how tired and in need of sleep your body is. “How about sleeping in 5 more minutes? It won’t be a problem, right?”

Every time you force yourself out of bed, you strengthen self-discipline not only for tomorrow, but for a lifetime. The important thing is that you have beaten the habit that you could never do before. Most importantly, you build trust in your own will. Once you get out of bed, you know for sure that you can handle other things as you see fit.

Many people find it more productive to work at night because of the influence of habit or maybe it’s just perception. Waking up early doesn’t always have to be at 5 am, but getting up earlier than your usual time to wake up. Of course you may not be able to make a habit change overnight. Instead, you have to change other habits as well to help you achieve them.

Well, if you can already apply getting up at 5 am or earlier every morning, don’t forget to have breakfast first, OK!
