I’m new to this whole fitness thing, so what should I do first?
There are so many people who want to get in shape and start working out, but don’t know where to start.
There are a few different ways you can get started on your fitness journey, but the best way is to figure out what kind of activity you enjoy the most and then go from there. For example, if you like to be on a tennis court or a gym more than anything else, then for newbies I recommend trying tennis first. But if you want something more challenging and new, try going with CrossFit or weight training. There are plenty of options out there for all different personalities and needs!
How Both are Beneficial But One As A Starting Point May Be Better Than The Other
Which is better for me is a question that most people ask. Though there are many factors that must be considered, it can be argued that tennis is the better option than gym.
When deciding between the two, you should consider your personal fitness goals. Tennis is an aerobic sport which can also improve your agility and flexibility. Gym exercises on the other hand will strengthen your muscles and tone your body’s tissues.
Choose the One That Seems Funnest & Stick With It!
The first exercise you should do is a simple one. Pick a genre of writing that interests you the most and write about it.
I picked cooking as my first topic because I love to cook. In this exercise, I learned that I am not very good at describing the taste of food, so I would have to work on being more descriptive in the future.
